By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.


1. Hygiene Products – Potty Training Underwear

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, potty training underwear cannot be returned or refunded once worn, tried on, washed, or used.

We do not accept returns of underwear that:

  • Has been worn

  • Has been tried on

  • Has been washed

  • Shows signs of use

  • Has been removed from its hygienic protective packaging

This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the safety and hygiene of all customers.

If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Hygiene Products

Products that are not classified as hygiene items may be eligible for return if:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in original packaging

  • The item is in resellable condition

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior approval.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.


4. Important – Return Address Policy

Returns sent to this address will not be processed or refunded.

Customers must request return authorization and receive the correct return address via email before sending any item back.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • The wrong item

Include clear photos and your order number.

We may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

  • Store credit

at our discretion.


6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments. We strongly recommend using trackable shipping.


7. Refund Processing

Once the returned item (if applicable) is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Bank processing times may vary.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Worn potty training underwear

  • Opened hygiene products

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards


9. Chargebacks & Abuse

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us to attempt resolution, we reserve the right to:

  • Dispute the chargeback

  • Provide proof of delivery and policy acceptance

  • Restrict future purchases

Fraudulent or abusive return behavior may result in refusal of service.
