For months I kept thinking there has to be something designed better for sensory kids. Most pull ups keep everything completely dry which means the brain never connects the body signal. When I finally found these training panties it was exactly the approach I had been hoping for. The fabric is soft and sensory friendly but there is still enough feedback for kids to actually notice what their body is doing. The first time my child paused and said uh oh after feeling the wet cue I knew we were finally on the right track. Since then I have recommended them to several families in my practice who struggle with the same interoception challenges and the feedback has been incredibly positive. This was the first thing that actually worked for our autistic son. Our OT kept saying he needed to feel the signal, not stay dry like in pull-ups.
