To get the most out of your inserts, follow these simple steps:
1. Place the insert flat into the underwear There's no separate pocket or slot — the insert sits directly along the white padded absorption area inside the BrightKidCo training pants.
2. Lay it gently, don't squeeze Avoid scrunching or folding the insert when placing it in. Lay it flat so it keeps its shape and absorbs evenly.
3. Cover front and back fully Make sure the insert reaches both the front and back of the padded area — this is where most accidents happen, and full coverage matters.
4. Smooth out any folds or wrinkles Even a small fold can reduce absorbency. Run your fingers over the insert to flatten it out before pulling the underwear up.
5. Check the leg seal The underwear should sit snugly around your child's thighs — not tight, just close enough to keep everything contained.
After use: Lay the underwear flat before storing or transporting it. This keeps the inserts in shape and ready for the next use.
